Luxury property investors in Cartagena are looking for comprehensive, modern and sustainable real estate proposals that adapt to their needs. A concept that has been quickly integrated by La Manga Club Properties, a developer established in the Region of Murcia, which continues with its commitment to introduce new construction in the resort with unique projects adapted to current demand.
Murcia is becoming fashionable for foreign buyers, who accounted for around a quarter of property sales in the last quarter in the autonomous community, according to data from the Association of Property Registrars, with a rise of around five percentage points (19.87%) compared to the same period last year.
The arrival of the Grand Hyatt hotel at La Manga Club in Cartagena has raised the bar. The client who stays at the hotel and enjoys an unforgettable stay, perceives this destination as a place where he can invest in a first or second home, and is a buyer who does not want a canned product, but a ‘home made to measure’. For this reason, he values that the design, construction, interior design and landscaping of the garden areas have a high degree of professionalism and speed of execution.
This is what Manolo López, director of La Manga Club Properties, says: “We are talking about a buyer who is looking for the know-how of a multidisciplinary team when it comes to undertaking a project”.
Until now, the British have accounted for around 90% of property purchases in this Cartagena destination, but new client profiles are beginning to discover the enclave, with the recent renovation of the Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa, the facilities of the three golf courses, the tennis and paddle tennis complex, and the new services offered by the hotel, which have revalued real estate in the destination by up to 30%.
And the fact is that Murcia has become fashionable for foreign buyers, which accounted for a quarter of property sales in the last quarter (23.56%), according to data from the Association of Property Registrars, with a rise of about five percentage points (19.87%) compared to the same period last year. A unique lifestyle, a quality product at an exceptionally competitive price, good air and land connections to access its places of interest and an exceptional climate, have made it an object of desire for second home buyers.
The developer headed by Manolo López, a leading developer of new residential development in La Manga Club, is testament to this. It has already built and sold a number of villas in this exclusive area of the Costa Cálida, with the Las Acacias development, and is continuing the offer with a further twenty plots of between 500 and 750 square metres, which will include the entire integral architectural, construction and interior design project.
With prices ranging from 195,000 to 242,000 euros per plot, La Manga Club Properties, which has prestigious architectural and interior design studios and extensive experience in the construction of luxury flats and villas for its development, aims with this proposal to adapt to the demand and the economic capacity of new buyers.
“We are the only ones who are offering new construction in La Manga Club, and the new buyer wants a single-family home to suit him, he does not want to renovate a second-hand property and see his possibilities limited. They are looking to shorten the waiting time to be able to access the home of their dreams in the shortest possible time and with a reliable company to accompany them along the way,” says López.
La Manga Club Properties has three information and sales offices in the resort, to strengthen its commercial strength in this Cartagena destination where it is already a leader in the development and marketing of new-build properties.
These three points are located at the resort’s access roundabout, on the Atamaría road, where its main office is located, a large space that also includes a Porcelanosa showroom and examples of the main rooms of some of its new developments for sale, a second space in La Casa Club del Real Golf and, the last and third, in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa.
