It was an important milestone, as it was the first time that we could invite our guests to walk the halls and grounds of the villas and witness first-hand the incredible attention to detail that has gone into their development.
This newest community in our golf resort is a fresh face for the entire destination. It combines modern architecture with the highest quality design and materials to deliver luxury villas the likes of which La Manga Club has never seen. In our quest to put forth our new philosophy of living, Las Acacias is our most elegant calling card.
Available in 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom layouts, the Las Acacias villas will be built on 29 pristine plots whose incredible location offers privacy and seclusion but is still only a 5-minute walk from all the shops, restaurants, and convenience stores at the center of La Manga Club. They are the last available centrally located new builds in the entire resort. But these residences’ most outstanding features are the luxurious details that set them apart from other homes at La Manga Club. Private parking and pools, as well as perfectly appointed gardens and outdoor terraces, are the stuff of dreams for anyone looking for a second home in sunny Spain.
Our launch events were an opportunity to showcase all these standout characteristics and more. The brokers event held at noon welcomed more than 60 agents from the area, some of whom we have worked with for years, as well as new faces. They were particularly impressed by the quality of the finishings and the interiors crafted by our designer, Rita Rosés, as well as the outdoor landscaping, whose variety and creativity was a welcome surprise.
The villas’ architecture, developed by Innov·arq, a young studio whose heads worked for 17 years with the famed Carlos Gilardi, was of course also a major talking point. Based on simple, unadorned lines, the aesthetic of Innov·arq is modern and rigorously pursues a balance between form and function. The architects were on hand to answer questions about their inspiration and the concepts behind these luminous homes so different from anything else currently available at La Manga Club. The Properties Office team introduced themselves as well, and welcomed the curious to drop into our offices in the lobby of the Príncipe Felipe hotel any time.
Later that afternoon, we were privileged to welcome La Manga Club residents and friends to the second event of the day. With cocktails and canapés aplenty, the ambiance was positively festive, and the party extended until 8pm. We were able to enjoy presentations not only from the architects and designers, but also Jesús Abellan, the new CEO of La Manga Club, who reiterated the new vision for the resort and how that vision will be carried into the coming decade. The new General Manager of the hotels and the F&B department, Nick Montgomery, also introduced himself, confirming once more La Manga Club’s commitment to moving onward and upward as a united force.
Overall, a wonderful day was had by all, and we can’t wait to show off these beautiful residences to even more future owners. Contact the Property Offices below if you’d like to have a look yourself, or if you would like to be informed when the 4-bedroom model home is ready to be toured. In the meantime, here are a few photos from the event to whet your appetite. Enjoy!
